Real hair growth takes time, and consistency is key. That's why we ask you to use ZenRoot daily for 30 days. If you've given the routine a real shot and you're not happy with the results, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no complicated return forms, no hassle.
Please note: The guarantee is specifically for customers who actually commit to the routine and don't see results — it does not apply to items that were never used or opened.
How to request a refund
- Email support@zenroot.com with your order number and a brief note describing your experience.
- Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days.
- Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
You do not need to return the product to receive a refund under our 90-day guarantee. We care about your time and prefer to keep the process completely hassle-free.
Returns outside the guarantee window
For requests made after the 30-day delivery window, we evaluate each situation individually. We may offer a partial refund or store credit at our sole discretion. Please contact our support team and we will do our best to find a fair solution.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We will immediately send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no return required.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@zenroot.com. If the order has not yet been dispatched from our fulfillment center, we will cancel it and issue a full refund instantly. If it has already shipped, please follow the standard refund process once the package arrives.
Digital products and gift cards
All sales of digital products and gift cards are final and non-refundable.
