Free worldwide shipping

We offer free shipping on every order, to every country we ship to. No minimum spend. No hidden fees. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and across Europe including Germany, France, Netherlands, Sweden, Spain, Italy, Poland, and 15+ additional countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at support@zenroot.com and we'll do our best to help.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate after the shipping confirmation is sent.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our free shipping offer. ZenRoot has no control over customs delays or charges.

Lost or missing orders

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please first check with neighbours and your local post office. If the issue persists, contact us at support@zenroot.com within 14 days of the delivery date and we will investigate and resolve it.
